Is there a dress code at the restaurant
There’s no formal dress code – just come as you are and feel comfortable.
Are children welcome?
We don’t have a dedicated children playground area, but the restaurant garden is big enough. Our customers are down to earth people and we haven’t had any complaints. We love children, and your children are most welcome.
We are a big group. Can we be seated together?
Of course. In the lounge we have 2 large tables for groups. We can also move and assemble tables both in the lounge and the garden. to accommodate you.
Do you have a parking?
We’re located by the roadside and don’t have a dedicated parking lot, but you’re welcome to park directly in front of the restaurant or on the nearby street.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
Of course. The internet connection is fast enough to getting your work done.
Do you have a takeaway service?
Kindly use the request form to place your order. If you’re a regular customer, you can also take advantage of our quick option by calling us or ordering via chat.
Do you have a delivery service?
No, unfortunately. We tried, but due to traffic issues we weren’t able to deliver all orders on time and the food ended up getting cold.

I am on a diet. Are there are any low-calorie options I could order?
Absolutely! We have several low-calorie options on our menu, such as salads, grilled or steamed vegetables, French fries, traditional and seafood dishes.
Do you have kids' menu?
Kids love our food. While we don’t have a dedicated kids’ menu, we offer a variety of dishes and are happy to make something special to suit their preferences.

Making a reservation at Kokalyansko Hanche restaurant is entirely free of charge, except for certain special events that require online payment.

Can I be sure that my reservation has been accepted?
Once we receive your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. If you book more than a day in advance, we will also send you a reminder 24 hours before the reservation deadline. You can reconfirm your reservation using the link in the reminder email.

Can I be late?
We will keep your table reserved for up to 20 minutes past your booking time. If you’re running significantly late and won’t be able to arrive as schedule, please give us a call.
What happens if I am late and cannot be accommodated?
At Kokalyansko Hanche, we truly appreciate our guests and have never canceled an accepted reservation. To ensure we can welcome you, we kindly ask that you always confirm your booking.
Why do you need my email address?
All restaurant reservations are automatically confirmed by email. Without providing us with your email address, we cannot accept your reservation or send you a reminder.
Can I book the whole restaurant?
Kokalyansko Hanche is a roadside restaurant and tends to reach full capacity quickly. For special events or to reserve the entire venue, please use the contact form found in the Special Events section or give us a call at +359 898 355399
