Estimated preparation and collection times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on order volume, kitchen capacity, and other operational factors. The customer is responsible for collecting the order at the agreed time.Food Quality and Responsibility
All food is prepared fresh for takeaway. Once the order has been collected, the restaurant shall not be held responsible for any deterioration in quality, temperature, or presentation arising from delay, handling, transport, or storage after collection.Allergens and Dietary Requirements
Customers are required to notify the restaurant of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. While reasonable precautions are taken, the restaurant cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens due to the possibility of cross-contamination.Pricing and Menu Changes
Menu items, descriptions, availability, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable shall be that in effect at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise stated.Cancellations and Refunds
Orders that have already been prepared may not be cancelled. Refunds are issued only at the restaurant’s discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer laws, where relevant.Customer Verification
